VIP Gaming
High-stakes tables in private salons, no onlookers, no cameras, no hurry. Personal hosts arrange transfers, dinner, and discretion. Membership is by invitation, but a single weekend stay is often enough to receive one.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining levels facing west, built so that no two tables ever face each other directly. The golden hour here lasts about forty minutes. We have tuned the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years now.

Who may stay with us?+
The estate is open only to adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the tone of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly welcomed at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will be happy to arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
Do you allow pets?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas are pet-friendly on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We offer a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats are welcome in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please let us know in advance.
How do cancellations work?+
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.
Do you arrange private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda are available for private hire, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a particular pleasure of ours; our events director will design a proposal within forty-eight hours of an initial enquiry.
A shore-side haven, 17 years in the making.
A resort has stood on this shore under our family since 2009. What began as a handful of rooms is now 100 keys across the estate, with four restaurants and two private salons, yet the rhythm has not shifted: slow mornings, long lunches, unhurried nights.
We do not chase trends. We set a standard in our first season and have spent 17 years upholding it, one detail at a time: the linen, the lighting, the length of a pour, the exact temperature of the pool at seven in the morning.
The measure we value is loyalty. Around 72 percent of the people who book each year have stayed with us before, and many arrive in the same week, in the same suite, as they did a decade ago.
